By accessing or using AngelDating ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AngelDating Private Limited ("AngelDating," "we," "us," or "our").

By using AngelDating, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You are using the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

AngelDating reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are found to contain false or misleading information.

When using AngelDating, you agree not to:

• Create fake profiles or impersonate any person or entity
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other members
• Upload explicit, offensive, or illegal content
• Use the Platform for solicitation, advertising, or commercial purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools

All profiles on AngelDating are subject to manual verification. You agree that:

• Your profile must represent you accurately and honestly
• No fake profiles: Creating or maintaining fake profiles is strictly prohibited
• No impersonation: You may not pretend to be someone else
• You may be required to provide identity verification documents
• We reserve the right to reject or remove profiles at our sole discretion

AngelDating offers premium subscription plans with recurring billing:

• Subscription fees are displayed at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the AngelDating Platform are owned by or licensed to AngelDating Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission. You retain ownership of the content you post on your profile.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• AngelDating provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for interactions between members that occur outside the Platform
• AngelDating does not conduct background checks on all members
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform or its members. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through our Delete My Data page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
