Your Right to Data Deletion

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and our commitment to user privacy, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data from AngelDating. We take data deletion seriously and have established a clear process to handle your request.

When you submit a data deletion request, we will remove your profile, account information, messages, photos, and all associated personal data from our active systems.

What Gets Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your full profile including name, age, city, and preferences
  • All profile photos and media you uploaded
  • Your account credentials and login information
  • All message history and communication records
  • Match history, likes, and interaction data
  • Payment history and subscription records (except as required by law)
  • Your email address and phone number

Note: Some information may be retained in anonymized form for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or as required by applicable laws. This does not include any personally identifiable information.

Processing Timeline

Request Submitted

You will receive a confirmation email within minutes of submitting your deletion request. We verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.

Verification (24-48 Hours)

Our team verifies your identity and confirms the deletion request. We may contact you for additional verification if needed.

Data Deletion (Up to 30 Days)

Once verified, your data is permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 business days. You will receive a final confirmation email when deletion is complete.

Request Data Deletion

Please provide your registered email address. Our team will verify your identity and process your deletion request. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

After submission, our team will contact you within 24-48 hours for verification. You can also email support@angeldating.com directly.

Not Ready to Permanently Delete?

If you would prefer other options before permanently deleting your data:

  • You can temporarily deactivate your account from your profile settings
  • You can hide your profile from search results while keeping your account active
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails without deleting your account
  • Contact our support team for personalized assistance
